1) How I can Track my order?
Answer: Once the merchant had received and ships your order, you will receive an email notification with all your tracking details. Emall Adabi member can also view your shipment details in My Orders.
2) What if my parcel have not delivered?
Answer: Usually once merchant had arrange the shipment for your order, they will update your order status by providing the shipment detail such as tracking code/consignment number.
If you did not receive your parcel after a week from the shipment date. Kindly attempt the tracking from the courier tracking website and there might be some possibilities by which
1. Recipient is not at home/unable to receive the parcel during the delivery was made by the courier service. In such situation, normally the courier service will left a re-delivery request.
2. In other case, where you did not receive any re-delivery request card/letter. Kindly call the respective courier services to acquire for the re-delivery/secondary delivery. Kindly be informed that re-delivery/secondary delivery charge might occur and are based on the courier service but usually it is FOC.
*Kindly be informed that unclaimed parcel which stored at the courier services office after 14 working days will be returned back to the sender / merchant. There will be charges if there is a need for Re-delivery attempt by the merchant.
Hence, kindly keep on track of your parcel and do ensure there is someone available to receive the parcel within the delivery period.
*Please do not hesitate to contact our merchant directly if you have any inquiry regarding shipping policy since they are the one who will arrange shipping for customer.

3) Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Answer: For your information, Emall Adabi courier partners have half working day on Saturday. Unfortunately, they are unable to deliver during Sunday or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
